Feedback on how you manage fluctuations
So my maintenance is not truly established. Fluctuations (within 5 pounds) are driving me nuts. I’ve been told to chill, which is not in my nature. My goal weight is 120, and I’ve hit it a year after starting. Have any of you figured out what to do about food noise anxiety? I just can’t tolerate it when I gain a few and it comes back. This was before I Titrated up. That seems to be helping. I’m so freaked out about going back up, I’m back to weighting myself daily again. Anyone else going / have gone through this? How long before you all relaxed into maintenance?
