Quitting as GM and I couldn't be happier!

I've received 3 job offers so I will be quitting my GM position at JJs! Turned a store that was about to close to missing a million by 20 grand last year. I've busted my ass for this company with 0 raises in 5+ years of working here. I'm gonna miss my crew but I will not miss the corporate overlords. To those people, learn to treat the employees that run your stores with respect especially the ones that have been there for years. Approve the staffs sick time and vacation time that WE HAVE FUCKING EARNED. And stop manipulating timecards unless y'all want a lawsuit on your hands :)

If anyone is on the fence with quitting, this is your sign to do it. Many better paying and healthier environments out there!

Peace ✌🏽

Corporate editing time cards

Who would I talk to about corporate editing time cards to save on labor and doing wage theft on its employees? Should I go straight to the labor board?
