In my non-retirement account at Vanguard I want sell specific shares of an ETF. I do not see the option for selling specific shares. I do see option for first in and first out, highest in and first out, and minimum tax. I have bought and sold other ETFs in the brokerage account and did not designate the cost basis then. Is it possible it set a precedent for anything I buy in general in the brokerage now to not allow specific share designation?

Approximately 200,000 units too. So, each household on average has a week at one of the units. I am surprised that many people do this.
