Im going through some difficulties with my mental health, and need help. Im considering seeking inpatient services at a hospital until i can feel stable, but im nervous and dont know what to expect.
Has anyone here been admitted to a psychiatric ward in jeddah and can tell me what it was like? I genuinely have no idea what to expect and that is making me delay my decision to admit myself.
