IDENTITY

A phantasmal beast turned heroic spirit from another world that is looking to create a summer that can be remembered. In order to do this, she has called upon fond old friends who help her bring a twist on a tale of heroics and nutrition for all to see. Of course, she wishes to have her own fun in the sun, getting some help with that was well in this regard.

COMPONENTS

Pegasus: The first component is the legendary winged beast born of the Gorgon, given as a gift by the god of the sea. While known for serving many great heroes, Pegasus is also famed for terraforming the land around it with its mighty steps and creating many springs that allowed for great cities to be founded. There are two famed springs that came from this: a spring that provides the clarity to see yet discovered ideas, and a spring the reflects so clearly one could get lost in their own image.

The Muses: The second Component of the Alter Ego. Known as the source of inspiration for many, the muses serve as the divine spirits that are called upon by many types of professions to provide answers that allude common thought. They take on a variety forms that are told throughout history, one of which being sea nymphs that sprang forth from the shattering of mount Helicon, resulting the alias of Pegasides. The divine core made to embody the muses is an individual divine core made by fragments of the muses, allowing for only small access to their individual domains.

Aphrodite : The third component of the Alter Ego. Aphrodite is one of the twelve Olympians, and the Greek Goddess of love. The divinity of Aphrodite is split between Urania, the muse of astrology and Pandemos, the goddess of the earth. It is through the fraction of Urania in the divine core and Pegasus’s connections to the Olympians that allowed them to fuse; although, Pegasus notes that the origin of this divine core is as foreign to the world as she was.

Personality

Pegasus is a kind and gentle person who is usually unable to control her own abilities due to one circumstance or another. However, thanks to her help of her friends, she has been able to indulge in things she didn’t have the liberty of doing before. She likes to spend a majority of her time swimming and doing fun artistic endeavors.

The Muses who are combined with Pegasus also prominently communicate with her. Most of the time they appear as different types of golden birds that only she can understand. However if they want to express their opinions with others, they usually speak through Pegasus, their appearance signified by a change in her eyes and hair highlights.

In her third ascension, Pegasus takes on a much ruder and crudely egotistical personality than before. She is best described as conflicted whenever she does something. Though, semi reluctantly she still acknowledges her role as a heroic spirit who needs to give her aid to help others prosper. She describes this as a learning experience to a fellow outsider.

Completely unrelated to her, a mysterious winged Uma who calls themselves the Karoton Man is a boisterous and proud hero who proclaims to put an end to bad diets and slothful behavior. This persona this mysterious hero puts on never seems to fade even in the most dire of circumstances, determined to inspire everyone in their pursuit. Pegasus’s opinion on this stranger is that it reminds them a lot of their old companion, and that whoever it is must be happy to be able to reach the stars for them.

ABILITIES

In her first Ascension, Pegasus uses her artistic skills to their full extent to combat her enemies. Brushes on a canvas paint in front of her, songs carries damaging tones, stories become reality. Of course, Pegasus also indulges in physical fighting her enemy, flying like she’s swimming through the air, spiking boulders like volleyballs, and running straight through her enemy. She has some more practical application of magecraft, but seems to only use it sparingly on relatively small situations.

Her second Ascension has Karoton Man showing the power of nutrition by using her full arsenal of carrot themed abilities by name. She will Karoton punch her enemy into the ground before finishing them off with a Karoton kick.

In her third Ascension, she utilizes the full extent of her authority to combat her enemy. Using her map, she can utilize the stars and constellations to attack the enemy, she shoots energy blasts from her orbs on her hips and feet, and can sing songs that can twist the minds of her enemy

Magic Resistance (A Rank): Her already high protection against magecraft is further enhanced by an innate understanding of the spells that could affect her, heightening her ability to negate them.

Riding(Uma Musume) (EX Rank): An otherworldly form of riding that denotes one’s ability to run forward no matter the obstacles. The nature of running the track is drawn upon determination and inspiration, and once Pegasus enters the zone she will blaze past all the competition to reach her goal.

As the creator of the wellsprings of civilization, she has the ability to shape the best terrain not just for battle but for the enjoyment of her friends.

While not use to the creation of objects, the muses help her to gather the materials needed for great works of art. You can rest assured that while what she makes might not be useful, it will be good to look at

A skill contribute to the machine gods, carried over by the core of Aphrodite. Pegasus’s ability to reach the stars allowed it to be carried over, however at a greatly reduced rate.

An evolution of Affection of the Gods that lean more into one domain of the Olympians. Under the authority that govern these forces, those who intend to bring harm to Pegasus or her allies can find them lost in a reflective maze that requires deep retrospect to escape

A skill that aims to inspire into the youth of today the values that will lead a long and good life. Despite the struggles that will come at her, she will stand strong and show why she is worthy of being a verbose hero

White Crown of Feathers (B- Rank):
Anyone who challenges the Muses are sure to understand the errors they made. Capable of being manifested as a noble phantasm, this crown of the white feathers of the sirens embroidered on a golden ring imposes the domain of the muses to show their unchallenged art. The hesitant use of wings much like her own who failed to reach the heights of divine massively tampers down the use of this skill.

Mount Helicon is the mountain which resides the Muses. Created in a contest between the Muses and pierides, their songs caused it to grow to almost reach the heavens. In retaliation, the gods sent Pegasus to stamp down the mountain, resulting in the creation of 2 springs, one of inspiration where the Muses and one of beauty where one got lost in their own reflection.

Through the arts, Pegasus can call this mountain underneath the feet of her enemy, lifting them up into the air before she flies up and drop kicks the mountain with untold force, shattering it completely. From the rubble of this mountain, concepts and ideas that formed in the mountain bursts out and create a storm, capable of bypassing most traditional forms of defense one can create. In her third ascension, Pegasus would instead destroy the mountain with a blast from the night sky, from which the waters of beauty will spill out from the mountain.

A recent design I’ve had for an OC crossing over Fate and UmaMusume. The concept is a prophet of Apollo who is a winged horse girl. My current dislike with the design is mostly the layers of cloth that make up the dress, the useless accessories and the left arm being mostly barren; along with the color scheme of her attire leaning to a reddish brown instead of black. The scarf and white-blue shoulder cape are stuff I’d like to keep.

Some references to help develop the Oracle idea of the character would be great.

Identity

While she claims(or at least doesn’t deny the attribution) of being the alter of Pegasus; her true identity is that Melanippe Ocyrrhoe, the daughter of Chiron and powerful prophet of Apollo, hailing from a world where horses take on a humanoid form.

Originally a Nymph, she would be raised based off the teachings of her father and the huntress god, Artemis. After receiving the gift of prophecy by Apollo, she would abandon these teachings to pursue the path of a prophet. However, as this gift grew, her ability to read the truth of others became monstrously powerful that she could possibly read that of the Olympians. The tipping point of this ability was when she revealed to Chiron the way she perceived them, dragon-like snakes emerging from an arrow that was draining them of their divinity.

While in this world she was turned into a winged horse to prevent her from giving such prophecies again, in the world she comes from she was turned into a winged horse girl incapable of any forms of communication(and it seems as though becoming a horse girl was her idea as well, probably connected to the acceptance of being Pegasus’s alter). Some believe her to also be the Pegasus that make up the constellation, be largely connected to the one that is, or responsible for the larger classification of the phantasmal beast.

Personality

Melanippe Ocyrrhoe is best described as passively assertive. Lacking the ability to speak or write makes it difficult to actively engage others normally, but when she wants to let someone know she will act to make sure they know perfectly well what she thinks. She is more than willing to get physical, and can get easily annoyed when her attempts fail.

She takes kindly to showing off her skills and abilities to others, giving a very boastful look whenever she gets a compliment on them. She is also willing to teach others, though of course finds difficulty in trying.

She is very selective of the people she acquaints herself with, mostly due to the nature of her eyes allowing her to see the nature of others. Those with dark pasts or tragic fates tend to frighten her, while the opposite end she can much easier be around. She is particularly fond of Pegasus, she can very often be found at her side or a range in sight of her.

As the daughter of Chiron she inherited a great deal of divinity, however due to her transformation of an Uma Musume from the gods, this skills rank was decreased drastically

Curse of Echoless Silence (—) :

A curse placed upon her to prevent the power her mystic eyes gave her from threatening the gods. This curse prevents any form of communication, along with nullifying a high rank in High-Speed Divine Words she could’ve received. She is still capable of powerful magecraft, but requires much more preparation to cast.

Mystic Eyes of Prophecy EX:

Eyes bestowed upon her by Apollo that would come to threaten the secrets of the gods. These eyes act similarly to Mystic Eyes of Precognition, with the ability to determine outcomes based off of information present in the environment; where these eyes differ is how they distort the user’s visions to display the “Truth” of the subject of viewing. This allowed her to come to understand many types of magecraft and mystic codes with some teachings in how to apply them. Due to how strongly these eyes distort her vision, she employs the use of mystic eye blockers to prevent them from overwhelming her.

Representing Melanippe’s prophecies that could circumvent that could reveal the truth of the gods, which resulted in her loss of communication, this is a reality marble that aims to circumvent the inability of communicating these prophecies by actualizing them in the present. The way this noble phantasm interacts with the target can differ, most of the time recreating past incidents or future events that have/will bring about their end. Actualizing her own allows her to bring about the arrow that killed her father and the dragon-like serpents that will unendingly attack her enemy. To her own allies she can also empower them with the possible potential they can achieve, though a form that can only be maintained in their reality marble.

Pegasus summoned as a complete inversion of her known self, her monstrous strength replaced with frightening magical knowledge. She utters no words and keeps her eyes shielded with a cloth, presumably covering a pair of mystic eyes. She is rather abrasive to most people, especially those with a deceptive manner and divine in nature. Despite this, she shows none of that to the original, with a similar sentiment shared in kind. On the other hand, she seems to be most adverse to the great mentor of heroes.
