So I have this copper-rot issue, not too bad but…
I’m looking for recommendations on how to manage the rot so it doesn’t spread. It’s one of the lower minted coins I have and I want to make sure I keep it in the best shape until it gets passed down to family. Outside of sending it in to get it ‘preserved’ by NGC/PCGS is there anything I can do to deal with this rot? Thanks for your help!

Looking through some passed downed items and came by this pair of earrings that caught my eye. It looks to be Lapis set in .925 but I’ve been unable to locate a maker’s mark or sterling mark. Which kinda leads me to think these may not be true Lapis stones? Or even silver? Any thoughts are welcome and thank you!
Trying to determine if this one is DDO. I have a tough time with doubling so thought I’d reach out. The date and mint mark seem to have something going on here, doubling? Thanks for your help!

We all say it, pic’s don’t do justice. But I think I just found my new favorite ‘83. Subtle, midnight purple and impressively clean… yes, she weighs in at 3g but my scale kinda… well, it sucks. Can’t tell if it’s rounding up from 2.5 or down from 3.11 (but floating at 3g)
