How to be respected properly?

Hello! I'm tryna improve my leadership skills.

My main question is:

How to make yourself be respected by everyone without being mean?

I got to a new High school recently and I hadn't realized how respected and well-treated I was at my other High school until I got to a new one, I had forgotten how hard it actually it is to promote yourself properly.

I also think that my first impression wasn't the best because I was going throught a hard moment of my life when I was new here so I had a bad temper all the time and a serious face

I wasn't respected there because they were just "kind" or "nice", I actually had some "status" if you can say so.

I am really tired of not being taken seriously by my new classmates, I want to be respected but I don't want to be rude or too abrupt.

(I'm a ENTJ just in case)

How to know if you truly are a ENTJ?

Hello! I've recently been investigating types of personalities, doing tests and that type of stuff.

On my first test (the one that pops up first that says 16 personalities mbti test) (I know people don't like it), I got ENTJ, it was 100% objective. I felt like it was true since I relate to almost everything they say about this type of personality, specially the natural capacity to lead, I'm really drawn to leading.

Then, I did 2 more tests where I also got ENTJ but I'm aware that I might have answered the things that made someone an ENTJ on purpose because I really like this personality and I relate to it, so my test wasn't 100% objective.

And lastly, I did a random test on an APP and I got ENTP but I'm pretty sure that I also tried to answer what could make me an ENTJ.

So, I know that I won't make any test anymore objectively because I like ENTJ's personality.

How did you know that you were a ENTJ?

Thank you and sorry for my poor English.

Hello! I'm a ENTJ. I'm also a Catholic Christian so I wrestle every day with my prideful thoughts and my envy for others when they are more succesful. Everyday I find myself confusing Humility with weakness, I try to be humble but by doing so, I confuse it with being weak and I think that I'm less than other people.

I don't want to think like that because I know that I can be a great leader but my thoughts of being less than some people are ruining my capacity of leadership.

Sorry beforehand for my poor English, have a nice day.

Yo! I'm and ENTJ and ik it can sound weird for an ENTJ to care about what other may think of them but I just want to see different point of views because some of th steriotypes about ENTJ's are true and I see them in myself but not every single one of them.
