Has anyone else experienced this? I got prostatitis 8 years ago and after years of pelvic pain and aches in my testicles it all cleared up and has resurfaced in the form of urine trade infections.

I’ve been tested and nothing shows up and I’m sure there are specific dietary triggers like coffee that aren’t helping. Wondering if anyone else had similar experiences?
