We are a software company that built an AI operating system for gyms and studios. Most of the time we have to compete with the big players like Mind Body and ABC Fitness across North America because everyone is locked into their system and the switching cost is too high. We have an integrated AI agent that works across the app and also connects with Claude and ChatGPT. While we are so much more advanced than the traditional membership management platforms, we're still having a hard time acquiring new customers.

To tackle this, we built an AI front desk calling agent that we feel might be our differentiator for managing gym leads, incoming calls, and answering basic to moderate questions while promoting to a human agent when the AI cannot answer the questions.
