Enterprise ghosting me

I got a rental through my local branch about 1 month and a half ago. I was in a car accident and the other persons insurance paid in full. The agent asked for my insurance information which i provided. Come to find out I signed to pay for a protection waiver. The guy didn’t explain just said “sign here” outside in 80 degree weather. I know i should’ve read the contract but lesson learned.

I called the branch and the manager says the he explained it me and i agreed which never happened. He refused to provide me with a refund. I emailed the area twice with no response. I called at least 10 times since then and keep being told i would be contacted. It has now been escalated to the corporate level and I still have not been contacted.

I am tempted to dispute the charge but am worried that since I signed the contract, they will win the claim and i will ruin my chance at a refund. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Is this a good deal?

After some negotiating I was offered 29k otd for a 2026 Honda civic sport. I was also offered 28k from another dealer but would have to wait atleast a week since it’s in transit. I am tempted to take this deal and be done with whole process but am not sure if it is a good deal. I am in NJ. Any help would be appreciated.
