Heard a rumor, is this true?

Y'all know how mumbai server is and what happens during rank up match. Can someone duo queue with me?

I haven't bought ticket, but i want the primals, mewtwo and shadow groundon kyogre may it not be location background. So suggest best place in tokyo. I know it's in waterfront city, well i can't find the place in maps particularly so i'd like coords. Also i've heard that non-ticket users don't see most gyms around the area. And also the few gym i see would i able to even raid in them?
