What hair type is this?

I got her on eBay, apparently her wings are supposed to have glitter... No idea why there are no traces of it on here, but I'm more concerned about her hairs.

I already collect dolls so I know the proper care for Saran and nylon but she feels like poly.. I'm bad at telling the difference when the hair is in bad condition and I know low quality types are different from high quality.. this is my first proper MLP doll since childhood so I'm pretty clueless rn.

Doll yellowing + missing part

I received my Ghouls Rule Draculaura this morning, she has some yellowing and while I've seen the methods, I'm not sure which one is ideal for her specifically and was hoping someone with more toy knowledge than me could help.

Other than that, she's missing the harness for the wings and the only one I can find comes from Australia which bumps up the price considerably..

(Sorry for the bad quality, I play on my Steam Deck and it's such a hassle to open Reddit on there.)

But basically, I have a lot of characters levelled up now, enough for two full teams that can clear 36 stars on Somnambulism but I have a few stragglers here and there that I'm not sure if I should boost them to insight III or not. I'm all caught up with the story as well, I'm decent at Mane's Bulletin (at least SSS on certain bosses with my Dynamo team) but I'm having problems with Memphetic Zone, specifically against Moldir.
