Greenpath Financial

Hey everyone. Long-term lurker and admirer of all your stories. I finally threw in the towel today and met with GreenPath Financial.

The program seemed good and I’d say roughly $ 300 a month on the program. And be debt-free in max 57 months. Seems too good to be true.

Does anyone have experience using them or similar programs? From my understanding they basically negotiate the interest tack on a $50 fee bada bing bada boom. They don’t default on loans or anything. Basically just looking for some experiences people have had.

New pond need ideas

Hi All!

New to home ownership and hopefully new to the pond game.

Old owners had this filled with bricks and mud (amongst other things like tires lol). BUT with some help from a few good men, the thing is dug out. It holds water and is concrete. I’m not sure where to even begin getting this thing up and running.

Any tips or where to even start? I’m assuming water lol. Planning to remove all the bricks this weekend. Thing in back seems to be a waterfall of some sort. Again not sure how to get that up and running. Any help is appreciated!!!

New to home ownership

Howdy

Not sure if this is the sub for this. New to home ownership and have 1927 brick home and cinderblock garage. What’s the minimum stats I can get away washing both with. Never pressure washed really anything besides wood decks so brand new to this.

Carnegie watering holes

Hey there -

Just moved to Carnegie, I’m from around the city but somewhat unfamiliar with the area. 31m who still fancies himself some drinking. Not necessarily nightlife but a bar with a seat and cold beer and added points if it has an outside bar. Hoping some folks on here have some good recommendations on where is a good place to meet some friends out on a Saturday to have a few? Preferably in or around Carnegie as I want to get a local feel.

Anyone else here watching “The Inside Man” as corporate cyber security training? I’m not a paid advertiser but I love this training so much lol. Would love to know what the production budget is.
