1/28th and 1/32nd (epic scale)
The Hand on the last picture is way to big but funny.

Still a lot to do for Waterloo...
8th Brigade done:
Kempt riding a Horse
1/79th "Cameron Highlanders"
1/28th
1/32nd
1/95th Rifles
3rd (Light) Brigade:
3/95th Rifles in Skirmish Order
and the Nassau Volunteer Jäger Company, because I wanted to paint some green/yellow uniforms. :)
And the 2nd Dragoons "Scots Greys" from the 2nd Union Brigade as well as
Whinyates 2nd Rockets with his 6-pdrs (Horese Artillery).
I will later add a base to 1/28th and 1/95th. I thought about doing 1 Base for every 100 men, but this makes tabletop harder to play, so I make 5 bases for normal size, 3 for small and 7 for big battalions.
For Cavalry I thought about doing the same and for Artillery half the number of Cannons.
So I will remove one Base from the Scots Greys, when playing (2 bases small, 3 bases normal, 4 bases big cavalry unit).
Maybe I'll make a diorama like this with correct prercentage of troops one day...
Painted my first gallic Warband. The robes are mistly green. My other warbands will be mostly red, brown, yellow or blue. This way I can differentiate them, when playing.
I still have to do the grass
Do you have any ideas, how I coul kitbash this model?
I do not own this kit on the picture, but I really like the pose.
What warhammer kits could I use? Bladeguard Veterans, Inner Circle Companions, Intercessors, Greenstuff, ...
I kitbashed some Hellblasters out of Infernus Marines and Hellblaster spare parts. Dark Angels need plasma, not fire...
The Sergeant has a Firstborn plasma incinerator, because there are only 4 left over in a box of Hellblasters.
If someone asks, I tell them: When the Sergeant crossed the Rubicon, he got a new plasma gun. This gun exploded in the first battle and the Sergeant barely survived (look at his face and arm). He believes he has angered the machine spirits by taking a new rifle, and ever since that day he has only taken his old plasma rifle into battle to appease the spirits.
Can't wait to paint them.
I did put the Squad Number and battlefield role of one Intercessor onto his right leg - what do you think about this (5th picture)?
I couldn't put it on his shoulder...
My first Ravenwing Model.
I played arrround with my camera settings, which pictures do you prefer?
Do you like, that the two shoulder pads are not the same size, I think it looks better than expected. Now I have to paint them.
Does the model need more ravenwing heraldry bits. Of course I will add some decals later.
There are more on the way.
I want to keep it as simple as possible to have them ready relativly quickly.
But maybe I should paint the teeth...
And I have to do ther Bases!
Painted this for our D&D session 🙈
I tried to draw a few lightning bolts on the base to make it look like the three had just crashed onto the battlefield.
And her little demon friend. :)
I have already one model and I think about getting a second one. I just dislike, that the only conversion in the box is the head and rider. Do you have any ideas to rearrange the arms for some variation?
Maybe some kitbash ideas or fotos?
Finally done, ready to roll the dice!
The knight arcanum is finished.
