Cocain user I need help I’ve been using it daily for almost 8 months, I think, with short breaks of 3–4 days. In one nostril—the one I use about 90% of the time—I can see something like a small hollow in my septum, quite high up. I probably already have a deviated septum, but I think it might have been slightly eroded or deformed from use.

Also, once or twice I think I may have seen a small hole, but it’s quite high in the same nostril. I generally inhale very deeply, thinking that’s the only way it really hits me.

Now, if I do more than about 2 lines, I get a mild burning sensation, constant runny nose, and after about 0.7–1g my eyes start tearing up on the same side.

Have I damaged my nose?
