We used to play badminton in our front yard with an imaginary net. Even had a spotlight so we could play in the evening. Lots of fun. Eighty-eight cents for six at K-Mart. Bring back memories for anyone?

I think I found these in an old radio. Anyone my age (60) would remember them.

Did anybody else buy one of these? Does it still work? Mine still looks good and keeps accurate time after 22 years.

Random find in the garage. I assume it's from around the time of the films (mid-eighties?). Does anyone remember these?

Might trigger a few memories and comments. Who knows? 🤷‍♂️

Had to throw this old jar out. No room for it any more. Still - a memory. I know it dates to 1983/84 because I used it for a chemistry class assignment.

These are really quite yummy and half the price of brand name types. A little added milk makes them creamy and delicious!

I find some of Aldi's Sandwich tuna a bit "meh" - I really prefer Tuna Tempters but they cost a lot more. Anyway I tried this one and I have to say it's probably gonna be my go-to from now on. Not overly hot and yeah - tangy! Anyone else? 🤣

Did my shop today and decided to try this. I have to say that this could be the softest, creamiest, most delicious cheese I have ever had! 😆 $3.49 at Aldi. I will be buying again!

Only this time it's the prices not the weights 😎

This old pack of Sard Wonder Soap is still sitting in our laundry - hardly used. Apparently you can still buy it. The box has a barcode so dates to perhaps the early 1980's. Of course anyone my age remembers "Joe the Gadget Man" from Nick & Kirby and his catch-phrase "Bring your money with you! Bye now!"

Found this again in one of my boxes of stuff. I've never had one but I do remember the ads. Banned in the late seventies I think as excessive use could cause kidney damage.

As a kid mum would make me junket and I did like it. Is it still a thing? Anyone else have it back in the seventies, or earlier? 😆
