I’m having an issue with my Kobra X and could use some advice.
A few days ago, the filament got stuck. This has happened before, and usually removing the nozzle is enough to clear it. This time, however, the clog was further up in the hotend/combiner area.
Stupidly, I tried heating it up to push the clog through, but I think I overheated it and melted/deformed the small blue PTFE tube inside. Right now, filament can pass through, but whenever the printer attempts a color change, it gets stuck because the channel isn't smooth anymore.
For anyone who has dealt with this: Is it possible to just replace that small internal PTFE tube, or do I have to swap out the entire hotend/printhead module?
