Nvidia tv shield pro 2019 started making this sound recently:
Used for 3 years, never opened it. Could this be just a dust issue requiring cleaning or something more serious?

Can't get new reel to spool
I'm trying to install a new reel, but it just keeps spinning the line twisting it instead of reeling in.
It came pre-spooled. I tried doing both: running it through the the rods holes with bail handle released and then resetting it and without. Same result.
All I can find on the internet is how to spool a new reel and a similar situation like mine where it doesn't reel back in. They remove the drag adjusment knob, take off the reel, release the bail, put it back on, reset the bail and it spools. Mine still doesn't...
Also while trying to take off the drag adjusment knob I noticed that mine doesn't just spin off like most I saw in the videos, I had to pry mine off as it held in by a metal clip... now the clip got separated from the adjustment knob, but can still hold the reel in place.
Why is this so difficult? Reel - Okuma Electron ELR-130.
