This game is NOT about going on a killing spree for fuck's sake 😭

So many games lost just because people are so goddamn bloodthirsty. Just had a Clam Blitz game where I gave a teammate my clams (why the fuck am I the only one doing this in SoloQ btw?) because they had a better position than me and traded with the enemy protecting the basket. I died, but it seemed like it was gonna be an easy win. Does my teammate who's literally next to the basket and completely safe throw the power clam? No, they leave the area and go out of their way to find enemies to kill and end up dying in the process, overtime ends and we lose the game. K/d ratios can't be THAT important bro 😭

Fossil fuels formed over millions of years from the buried remains of ancient plants and organisms were used to make the plastic of the controllers Pythra players use

I'm tired of having to play like this

I'm not sure if I'm even having fun anymore. Having to play every single role at once as a backliner because my teammates either just won't push or keep feeding the enemies. I was the only one riding the tower at all and despite all this effort we still ended up losing. When we lost the lead I just kinda gave up on trying. And then when games go like this I eventually start tilting and play like shit in later matches, missing all my shots because it starts to feel like nothing I do even matters. Yes, I know I'm clearly not the best player but I genuinely don't know what I'm supposed to be doing anymore?

3 stocked a Kazuya who clearly was using the delay mod in quickplay who proceeded to disconnect before losing the last stock

Genuinely hate this garbage ass toxic playerbase

The intense struggle of trying to not fall asleep fighting DK or Captain Falcon

Their ability to be the most boring pieces of shit in this game is honestly broken and needs a nerf.

I don't think I can play this game solo anymore

It is unironically unbearable. I can't even get frustrated at teammates doing stupid shit anymore. More than anything I genuinely just wanna ask them what the fuck their plan even was because at least I would understand. It's my fault for being dumb enough to have played this game for this long mostly by myself honestly.

I can't believe people RAGE in the Smash RAGE subreddit?!

POV: When Smash players see items or when you play a character they don't like, am I right guys? Yes, I will steal and repost the same meme over and over again. Upvotes to the left!

E-Liters are not THAT scary guys

I'm not a comp player or a pro by any means, I know they have long range and that Splatoon 3 maps make it easier for them to hit you but I feel like people overcompensate when avoiding them. So often my teammates are too afraid to push until the E-Liter is taken care of which usually becomes my job as the charger player. I guess that's fair sometimes but not pushing also makes my job harder. It's pretty frustrating seeing people overestimate how much an E-Liter actually can do.

Most E-Liters are very reliant on their teammates, so if you're just hiding the entire time you're actually helping them since the enemy team gets to push. If the E-Liter's team doesn't control the map they're at a huge disadvantage and it's often why the performance of charger players (especially the E-liter with its slow speed) can vary so much from game to game.

Approaching the E-Liter is also not that hard. Just throwing bombs will make most E-Liters retreat. Not approaching them can also be pretty dumb sometimes, since the E-Liter is most effective when you're far away from it.

Dying is also just a part of this game. I'm not saying you should play recklessly or ignore the objective, but if taking control of part of the map makes it harder for the E-Liter to play you might actually have to do that even if it means your k/d ratio doesn't look as nice as you wanted it to.

Feels like nothing I do matters as a charger player

I know chargers are hated by people here, but regardless of how well I play it still feels like a coin-flip whether we win or not. If my team isn't pushing the objective there's not really anything to support so all my efforts just mean nothing. Then when I'm forced to play aggressively on the front I abandon my role as an anchor which is risky. Clam Blitz feels the worst, because I can defend and defend and defend and my team still never pushes, then if I slip up even once we lose the game. Winning in Clam Blitz often means defending the basket the entire game because my teammates haven't moved past mid and are walking their dog or something instead and then making a risky push by myself the last minute. Sometimes playing as an aggressive charger works well but it feels like I'm learning bad habits (I'm not a squiffer player btw).

Arena moment

Played against a Pythra main. They lose and then they switch to Min Min. They win, t-bag and leave the arena immediately after. Can't make this shit up lol.

Instructions for my teammates on how Rainmaker works!

I just played with some wonderful teammates that seemed to be a bit confused about the rules of this mode so I'll offer some help. Believe it or not, splatting the enemy team is not the objective of this mode but to carry the Rainmaker to the enemy team's base. Yes, the bubble thing in the middle is actually not just decoration. While your k/d ratio was very impressive, I find it would be more impressive if you had carried the Rainmaker instead.

What does S+ rank even mean anymore?

I'm no pro by any means but I've been getting the most dogshit teammates this season that force me to play with frontline weapons so I can carry even though I want to play as a backliner because no one is fucking pushing. Should I just play X battle at this point?

My teammates have never been this bad

I am genuinely baffled. Did they change the matchmaking? Is it because it's summer? Holy fucking shit bro. "Just carry bro", I am doing that but it's not even fun to win when I keep having to do it.
