There was a [WP] here that got me thinking. And then I kept thinking, and had to write it all down. And then I happened across an online formatting tool, so I had to make it look nice (ish).

I don't have any table-top friends at the moment, so I'm curious if someone could play-test this and let me know what their group thinks. Obviously there's a lot of detail gap for a DM to fit it into their own way of playing. Is that flexibility good, or does it need more detail?
