To anyone looking to save money, reach out to customer solutions

We recently had our nearly $300 bundle reduced to $170. We were given Xumo devices and our internet was even upgraded. Not sure of the employee that helped us but he was a godsend. When we mentioned that we had reached out to people and they said they couldn't do nothing, he said, "You haven't gotten the right people, I'm your guy." And he helped us. He told us that customer solutions is always a better option.

Looking for a laptop under $2000 in USA

LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

  • Country

United States

  • Budget

Preferably under $2000 USD but willing to splurge a bit maybe.

  • Are you open to refurbs/used options?

Unsure currently but I wouldn't be against it.

  • Screen size

14" or more.

  • Weight limit

No limit

Purpose

For work, graphic design, digital art, and gaming (Overwatch, GTA, etc.)

  • Form factor

Not interested in a flipbook or 2-in-1 laptop as I feel that I would accidentally break it. Don't ask me how.

  • Intended usage

Blender
Krita
CodeStudio
Overwatch (Not picky on quality or anything)
GTA (Not picky on quality or anything)
Minecraft (Not picky on quality or anything)

  • Desired battery life

I tend to always keep my laptop plugged up when I'm sitting down somewhere so battery life doesn't entirely matter to me.

  • Please list, in order of most important to least important, the priority between Size, Weight, Performance, Battery life

I'm not picky but performance + speed, battery life, size/weight

  • Info/Requirements

I would love to have a fingerprint scanner and potentially more than 3 or 4 USB slots. I would be open to having a slot for an Ethernet cable. A decent headphone jack that doesn't have errors. I like backlit keyboards but that's not necessary at all.

I'm a bit stressed due to a recent data breach that potentially exposed my number. And I've had a few other odd things happen to other accounts so I don't know if this relates to that or what. However, This is how the email reads:

>Hi [Name]

The good news is, the device listed below is eligible to be unlocked. Unfortunately, we weren't able to complete the process.

>
Please call Customer Care at (833) 502-6678 and we'll help you take care of it.

It does not list a device or number. It came from the following email so it does appear to be from Boost themselves. donotreply@system.boostmobile.com
