Got this giraffe furby on ebay, and im 100% confident he's never been touched before, he was still stuck to the base of his box and everything. His speaker just seems to be dead😭

I did the spanking trick to get him moving like I did for my first furby, is it possible I hit him too hard and harmed his speaker? Im scared to try soldering anything, so any alternatives yall can offer are extremely appreciated🙏🙏🙏

Never had a furby as a kid, they were a little before my time, but because the internet raised me, I learned a lot about them anyway lol. I always secretly wanted one of the originals, not their remakes or whatever that have come out recently.

So then today, as Im zoning out at a peddlers mall just kinda looking for nothing, I see ✨️HIM✨️ in his own original box and everything. I spent the rest of my trip trying to convince myself not to spend fifty whole bucks on a toy as a 25 year old woman buuut you can see how that turned out.

I LOVE HIIIIM. Was scared at first since he wouldn't turn on, but I just smacked his butt for 2 minutes until he came to life 🤩 Does he say his name in this clip? May-lo? He's a lil hard to understand lol

Sorry mods I know i JUST posted, but i figured what the hey, I'll gather up all my cards and post them while they're on my mind. Not wanting to sell at the moment, (some of them are in TERRIBLE condition) just curious if I have any extra cool ones lol

Also after going through these, ive realized im missing some that I KNOW I had has a kid. Had at least a couple Bellas, and two of my faves, Amor and Mjolnir! I just have no clue where they went 😢

This right here is a printout of the parental guide page for Bella sara that my mom apparently made when she was creating an account for me back in 2007. I was six years old.

The username and password for her parent account are written on the bottom of the page in pencil, maybe that's the only reason she wanted a printed copy? She's always been hyper organized and wary of the internet so im not THAT surprised she made this. I AM surprised this little sheet of printer paper has been sitting around since 2007 tho.

VERY cute little memory for me, and felt like sharing it here for the pure weirdness of the find. I should post the remainder of my card collection here sometime❤️

Yellowest screen I have eeeeever seen on any console in my life. And before anyone says, yes it's entirely my fault for not asking the seller to show the screen first lol.

Def gonna return this after spending a whole $180 on it, but at least I got to try it out for the first time. AND I now know how susceptible the 2000 models are to this issue. I hope a decent quality screen isn't too hard to come by😥
