iPhone, combination of switch and voice control?

So basically, I have limited mobility and energy and struggle to use my phone because bending my neck causes a lot of pain.

I just tried voice control to see what it’s like, and it seemed very seamless, but I found constantly talking, tiring.

I’m new at this and have limited ability to do research, but was wondering if anyone knows the answer to the following question :

Is there a way to have it set up like voice control where it has little numbers next to the icon but then use a switch or a little handheld number keypad to press the numbers instead of speaking them?

Easiest way to control iPhone without the touchscreen (wireless device?)

I’m looking for recommendations for a device that would allow me to control my iphone when I cannot reach the touchscreen (it would be in a stand).

I mostly bedbound, and the two positions that allow me to use my phone (lying on my back, holding up my phone, and looking forward at it; and lying on my side) give me really bad headaches from neck and shoulder tension.

Ideally, I think it would make sense to have my phone in one of those stands that I can adjust and sort of position over my head so that I’m looking up and not bending my neck. I can’t lift my arms much in that position so I would be looking for like a trackpad or a mouse or something that I could hold to control my phone.

I’m pretty sick/low capacity/ struggle with brain fog/cognitive symptoms, so I really appreciate anyone who is willing to help research for me find a simple easy to learn solution.

Thanks so much in advance!

Simons percale bedding, super itchy/scratchy

I just ordered these really pretty cherry patterns sheets, and they are really scratchy and make me itchy (I’ve only actually opened the pillowcases and they are making me itchy).

I thought that it would feel great because it is percale and I have a 100% cotton percale duvet cover from Quince, which I absolutely love!!!

It says “200 thread count cotton and recycled polyester percale.” I’ve gotten sheets at winners/HomeSense before that were part polyester and do not have the scratchiness.

Any idea why it might be making me so itchy? I doubt I can return them after opening the pillowcases, and want to prevent this from happening again!

I’m in Canada and I’m always looking for cute or fun patterned sheets (I’m 26!)

any ideas for what to do with the space above my bed (I use an adjustable bed for disability reasons and therefore don’t have a headboard)?

I’ve made a few arrangements on Canva and another app with pictures that I would buy from Etsy or IKEA. Does anyone have any advice on which ones look best together? The frames can be changed for all of them except for the wave print and the blood orange tulip print because they already come in wood frames from IKEA.
I feel like there’s something not quite right, but I can’t put my finger on it. I like things that are colourful and high contrast.

For context, my room is not particularly colourful and I’m looking to add some colour, depth, and contrast.

I also welcome any other advice!

Looking to elevate my space a bit.

because I am mostly bedbound, adding more than one or two throw pillows for decoration makes my bed crowded. I do like to change up blankets and sheets throughout the seasons, but they are never so bright or bold that they would clash with anything on a wall.

Thanks so much!
