Chewing and diet

I am vegetarian (I have hereditary hemochromatosis so I avoid heme iron like the plague). Aside from raw veg, is there anything I can add to my diet that would help with the chewing aspect of things? Obviously tough cuts of meat are out.

Took my "before" photo

I had no idea my face was so....flat. Not to mention you can practically SEE how downturned my maxilla is from the outside 😱

Questions regarding relaxin in 30+ women

I didn't see a post on this while searching so I thought I'd ask.

I'm 35F and just starting mewing after reading about it in James Nestor's book Breath. I'm still trying to get the tongue suction right and I'm a nose breather by day but I think I probably mouth breathe at night (getting a chin strap and nose strips to try to remedy that). I do have a deviated septum so nose breathing at night is a bit more challenging.

My question is this: my partner and I are talking about starting a family and I'm curious as to whether or not I might see faster results during pregnancy due to elevated levels of the relaxin hormone. While this might not give me the same benefits of having started in my tweens and teens, would I conceiveably see a more drastic change during my pregnancy?

▲ 2 r/Dreams

I have a recurring dream about my high school crush. Gods, it's been like 20 years, and I'm in a healthy relationship, now, and have been for 5½ years. I don't think about him at all during the day but he shows up all the time in my dreams.

I liked him because he was the first genuinely kind person to me when I'd moved to a new high school. Also, I guess having a thing for this guy was a kind of "right of passage" for most girls in the school. He was tall, cute, confident, relatively intelligent, and athletic. I kinda pined for him for about a year and a half, maybe 2 years, before moving on - he wasn't interested in me at all, which was fair. I was socially awkward and shy and dreadfully nerdy. I was a late bloomer, on top of it all.

Anyway, in the dreams, it's him pursuing me instead of the other way around. The context and setting of the dream varies, but he's always VERY interested in me. Some are set in the past, in high school. Some are set now and he expresses regret for rejecting me.

I am always confused about waking up after these dreams...they kinda just popped up out of the blue in the last year or so and I haven't thought of him in the last 20 years. I've no idea where they've come from. If anyone has insight on what they might represent, I'd appreciate it!
