Hello, hoping for some help from people that might know this sound. This Is a Steelcase Gesture that was purchased new. It is less that a year old.

This sound is when I lean the chair back and move forward or sometimes when it turns.

Can anyone tell me what it could be and thanks for the help!

My M60 with the extended Merino Leather with the Individual open-pored fine-wood trim w/ silver Bronze Inlay

Would like to either replace or wrap that center console with the (breathe on it and it scratches) piano black. Then I will be 100% happy.

Anyone replace it or wrap theirs? If so please share!
