Part 2 to neighbor harassment, ended up having to put cameras as his harassment grew and escalated, upon discovering said cameras instead of quitting his stuff, he decides to get angry and throw rocks at and spray the camera and take pictures.
Neighbor commits animal cruelty and harassment throughout the span of months living here, was already reported for it and then escalated further by slashing my tires. Muted section at end where he says my name. He just gets angrier and angrier, tried protecting these community cats and eventually moved due to the nature of all this. While moving this sorry excuse of a person, passes by me and says "bye b****" and states that "I'm gonna continue harming the cats b****". Will upload a second part to this and another one involving another neighbor upstairs who tries to send her ex-husband to attempt to go through my porch, at least what I believe they tried doing.
