Its shockingly light with controllers that have terrible d pad and buttons, comes with a different cable and a nes zapper knockoff?

When i got the DS Lite and the charger itself, tried charging it, the light doesnt turn on for me when charging so i probably thought it was the battery that didnt register, so i changed the DS battery i ordered, tried to charge it and it doesnt work either. Ik it isnt the Charger itself because many of its chargers says its in working condition. I tried to plug the charger and the console doesnt have a orange color indicator that its charging. So i bet the port is definently dead. Can someone help me?

It wasnt stripped from the beginning and i just happen to use a flathead to loosen the screw but now it just happens to be stripped for some reason.

It kinda looks like the right wire is sticking out a bit, so its not a wonder why it doesnt charge. Is this normal?

So i bought this ds lite that looks brand new and slightly scarred but the guy said he didnt had a charger so i had to buy one myself. When the DS said the battery was low, i wanted to charge it but for some reason, it doesnt light out orange for some reason. Opened up the battery and it doesnt seem dead. What is the problem with this?

I always wanted a handheld like this when i was little, but now i finally have it. Will likely get a r4 cart for this to add a few games thats not available here and official carts for games :D
