I’m trying to avoid the dual guns/ longsword build as I know it’s the number 1 spot but I want to try some other builds :). Any builds/ item pairings you recommend?
I’ve somehow become one of those people who’s only buying Switch 2 games if the whole thing’s actually on the cartridge. Updates are fine, but I’m giving the game key cards a miss.
I do appreciate that game key cards are still better than going fully digital, and I also appreciate that, as things stand today, the Switch 2 is one of the cheaper ways into current gaming compared with the other consoles and even the Steam Deck, which was considered the best budget option for quite a while.
That said, the storage side of it is what puts me off. Install four or five game key card titles and you’ve basically filled the internal storage already. Then you’re looking at spending £100 plus on a 512GB microSD Express card, and realistically a 1TB card is probably the sensible option if you’re going down that route. I can only imagine how much those are going to cost.
Problem is, it feels like there’s not a massive amount to buy if you stick to full cartridge releases. I’m looking forward to Nintendo’s own releases, but it’s a shame so many third party publishers seem to be going the game key card route.
I even bought Cyberpunk purely because they put the full game on the cart, despite already completing it on PC. It was one of those purchases where I wanted to support the approach as much as the game itself.
Anyone else taking the same approach, or have you just accepted that game key cards are the future?
On their website they describe the item as MSI Refurbished Claw 8 AI+ Polar tempest (Very Good Condition). Has anybody got their device from them refurbished? Is it like an open box or would there be scratches?
In the Uk with store credit in John Lewis I can get the Legion Go z2 32gb ram (not z2E) for just under £699 gbp, would you say it’s worth getting or should I try find a used Z2E version on eBay?
On my switch lite, no matter what I do it won’t let me launch the game with dlc, I installed it without dlc first to test if it opened, it did, I then installed the dlc and when I launch it it says “an error occurred”, I tried to uninstall, reinstall, delete save data, move game from sd card to system memory and I just can’t get it to work at all. Anyone have a solution?
Gotta say this is probably my best purchase yet!
