My grandma used to go to Boone Coumadin clinic. She recently switched to university Coumadin clinic for her services. The difference is day and night. They are so nice. I truly did not know they even had a Coumadin clinic! Now we don’t have to wait weeks for her medication refills and gaps in medication. I just wanted to spread the information in case anybody has been at Boone and hasn’t been receiving their medication!!! Or had a bad experience.

Did anybody else have difficulty applying? I applied last minute. I’m not sure if I got all of my information correctly. I am also curious about how many other folks applied.
