Maybe someone knows better than I do. New customer, been about 2.5 months of being with AT&T.
At&T pushes out modem updates every so often, but every time they do (seems to be once a month-ish) our modem resets to its factory name and settings. Does anyone else’s do this? I was told this wouldn’t happen again after calling last month but, surprise it happened again.
They’re now claiming they need to send a new modem because we’re having issues with internet between the AT&T box to our third party router and devices. Internet currently running under 100mbps for both up/download.
Is it just our box? Or anyone else’s do this? It’s taking everything in me not to just return it and go back to xfinity because no solutions made.

Anyone make the switch recently? How long it take for you to get your cards once they’re mailed? Rewards center telling three weeks but the dates online of them being mailed and what the agent said don’t match. Trying to see if I wait longer or get them to reissue. Ty!
