The best food for an Egyptian

My sister in law just gave us her 1 year old Egyptian Uro. I’ve been doing some research on care and feeding but I want real life advice on what’s the best leafy green to feed him daily.

I’m so sad about my arms

I’ve (37 female) always had fat arms… it runs in my family. My starting weight was 185 lbs, I’m down to 153 lbs. My arms are so flabby. There’s going to be so much loose skin by the time I get to my goal weight (135 lbs). I’ll never have skin removal surgery because I have a very low pain tolerance. I don’t know what I’m trying to accomplish with this post; I guess I’m just venting.

When did your babies sit up independently?

My identical boys are almost 8 months adjusted (almost 11 months actual… born at 28 weeks due to TTTS). They are practically crawling already but neither can sit up independently. I shouldn’t say they “can’t”… it’s more like they just won’t. They’re both very strong, plenty of core strength.

So Hallandale definitely burns when I inject it. 😩 It’s working well so I’ll deal with it but it definitely makes me dread shot day a little. it used to be my favorite day.
