I don’t know what to do

I pay $1300 a month for a shitty apartment in NC that has had tons of issues and now has mold (I think). I attached photos. For the past few months, I’ve had a wide range of odd symptoms. Brain zaps similar to when I got off Zoloft, muscle spasms, heart palpitations, ringing in ears, mood swings, significant fatigue, weird urinary/ vaginal symptoms, occasional fever… I even went to the ER because of such bad abdominal pain. My heart rate was over 130, and I had high WBC in urine and neutrophils in blood. Had UTI like symptoms but no bacteria. Then a yeast infection that took forever to go away. Doing a little better now though.

Not sure if any of the symptoms could be related to what I think is mold growing throughout my apartment, but I feel like they might be worsened??? I just feel like every time I walk into my apartment, my soul gets infected with this huge sense of dread. Sounds dramatic, but I just don’t feel like myself.

Waiting on my apartment to do an inspection, but I feel like I won’t be able to terminate my lease. I’m just so sad and tired all the time, and I really don’t know what to do.

Weird symptoms

About 2 weeks ago, I had UTI like symptoms (insane pain with peeing and increased frequency) and shortly after had such intense lower right side pain that I had to go to the ER. They did an ultrasound (abdominal and trans vaginal) which came up normal. Urine revealed high white blood cells plus I had high neutrophils in my blood. They said I likely had a kidney infection and put me on antibiotics. I had a low grade fever during all this too. I saw primary care right after and bacteria culture + STI results came back totally normal but had high white blood cells and residual pain. I also had a shit ton of mucus (I mean like a 6 inch long strand). I started my period shortly after, and it’s been just strands of clots. Like just stringy blood. I don’t even need a pad- it’s just like mucus and stringy. And sometimes when I pee, I get this awful ripping sensation and then look in the toilet and it’s just clots. I’ve felt so fatigued lately too, and I’m just burnt out.

Has anyone been through anything similar?? I’ve had lots of period pain in the past, but this is all just pretty odd to be honest. I’ve met with primary care multiple times, meeting with gyno soon too. Ugh- sorry for the rant just looking for people who have at all had similar experiences://
