spent two years optimizing my PKM setup. still can't retrieve the right thing at the right moment.

I have Obsidian. I have a tagging system I spent actual time building. I have backlinks, a daily note habit, and a weekly review that's held up for eight months. And I still routinely sit in a meeting, know I have something directly relevant, and can't get to it fast enough to use it. The problem isn't the capture. It's that retrieval requires either knowing the exact keywords I used when I saved it, or having enough time to browse and meetings don't give you either. For people who've actually solved fast mid-meeting retrieval: what does your setup look like? Specifically curious about anything that works when you don't know exactly what you're searching for before you search

tirz is way better than sema and i really regret switching

I started out at 248 pounds using tirzepatide and my appetite basically vanished. I was staying around 1300 to 1500 calories a day and got down to 212 without even thinking about food. It was completely effortless. I decided to switch over to semaglutide because I thought it might give me a slightly higher resting metabolic rate and better fat oxidation. I started at 1mg and recently went up to 1.5mg, but now I am just hungry all the time.

Eating 1700 to 1900 calories feels way too easy right now, and I find myself actually looking forward to meals again. The appetite suppression is nowhere near the level I had before. If you struggle with overeating, tirzepatide absolutely beats semaglutide. I feel like sema might work for people who are already lean, but if you are fighting intense cravings, tirz is the better choice by far.

How to master a new spoken language quickly using daily micro learning

I am attempting to learn a second language but between my demanding job and family responsibilities I simply do not have hours of free time to sit down with a dense textbook every day. I want to build a practical micro learning habit where I can study for just fifteen minutes every morning and evening while still making real measurable progress over time. Does anyone have recommendations for apps, language exchange strategies, or listening exercises that maximize retention when you are working with limited daily time slots?

Hey everyone, I recently came across DarLink AI and at first glance it looks pretty good. I've been trying out the free tier and the experience seems decent so far. I wanted to get your feedback:

  • Has anyone here gone for a paid plan? If so, which one and is it really worth it?
  • How do you find the quality compared to the free version (conversation memory, image quality, roleplay, etc.)?
  • And if you know of any alternatives you think are better, I'd love to hear about them!

Thanks in advance for your input

I ordered from two different Chinese suppliers on Telegram that are actually pretty well known. I got the COAs back, and my 10mg Retatrutide tested as Semaglutide. The other order was supposed to be 20mg of Reta, but it came back massively overfilled at 44.5mg. People usually keep quiet when test results come back bad, but I wanted to put this out there so people know it happens. You have to test every single order you get.
