Is it advisable to prefer "college tag" over branch?

I am getting mostly core and electrical branches in tier 1 colleges and I can get cse in tier 2 or tier 3 colleges.

I am wondering what to prioritise and what would be more beneficial in the future. If any senior has gone through this please give me some advice.

Does anyone have any idea of the percentile I can get at approx 150 marks in 11 s1 April?
