Hello , i missed adding a screening question to screen participants for our behavioral intervention. This happened once and i caught the mistake and reported it to PI . We were able to fix it. Now we screened more than 50 participants and 10 of them are eligible. When i was checking my questionnaire i realized one of the questions is missing again. I will be reporting it to PI . I am really worried that PI dint catch my errors both the times. The work load has been really high and i am making these mistakes. I take full accountability for my mistakes. Is calling eligible participants to ask that one question valid ? They have signed the consent forms already. Would it be a protocol deviation? . Can i make an IRB amendment to collect data on that one single question.

I have been a fan of big bang theory. I have been looking for shows like that. I love the first three episodes already. Its so much fun. I hope it gets better as the seasons go along :)

Hello Everyone, i see a lot of posts from people working in corporate sector i would like to share my experience and also get some advice from you guys. I work in academic research and i have had really good experience with the professors i worked for so far. I joined a new job last year and intially the supervisor was pretty good and slowly started turning toxic , now its at a point where i am constantly stressed 24*7 , i get paid very less and the amount of work that i am expected to do is insane ( in academia you have strict rules that you cant work more than 8hours) . I started noticing changes in my body, my focus levels have gone extremely low , i lost interest in going to work everyday. It’s been very hard . Yesterday evening, i thought i made a very big mistake ( i later realized it can be fixed) and i started shivering, i had an intense panic attack . I was really worried how my body was responding to it. All my life when i was with good bosses , i found jobs easily but its been so hard since i am here , one year passed by and i feel so stuck . She yells , shouts , keeps saying “ i am so stressed , you stress me out” . Somewhere deep inside i feel like being on visa , she kind of knows that it’s not easy for me to leave this job. Any advice on not being affected by toxic work and toxic bosses will be greatly appreciated. I am constantly worried that she might fire me .

Hello everyone, my boyfriend has a shelby Mach E GT , i see him struggling to find a fast charger while we travel . I want to gift him the best possible adapter that he can use at tesla charging stations. Any advice will be helpful. I have zero knowledge about cars.
