First time growing grapes

I have never grown grapes b4 I got this plant two weeks ago from Walmart I’m in Zone 8b. Does this way of shaping work? Please help me the more tips the better Thanks

DIY Uncle Ben tek

Didn’t have any micropore tape and I needed to get my grain inoculated so I went with the next best thing which was some old bandaids that I found in my Boy Scout first aid kit and these have been growing for a week. Already starting to see some mycelium!!!! GROWING SOME PINK Oyster mushrooms from Pnw spores

Growing in NC

Just ordered some fresh cuttings from SoCal. Curious if I could grow inground or should I keep in a pot. I’m in Zone 8b the piedmont region of NC winters are relatively dry and rarely freezes Does Heavy mulching help during the winter? Thanks
