I’m a fan of old school lightgun shooters so when I got my Superstation one I found out that I could get my old games running again with the help of a Wii controller and a special Mister FPGA configuration. An inexpensive way to play games like Virtua Cop, Time crisis and even Duck Hunt or super scope games on the SNES like Yoshi’s Safari”. I sat down with my SuperStation one + SuperDock and tried out the physical disc cores with some of my favorites games. From PlayStation 1, Sega Saturn to 3DO. It’s been a lot of fun to use my own discs from my childhood and it works really well. I got my old PSone out to check loading speeds as well. Not far away from perfection. I hope the integration for console mode will come soon so that you don’t need to quit out of CS to access the physical cores. Good times 😊 How have your experiences been with the physical cores?

I checked out the new graphics upscaling option from firmware 1.5 and made a video about it. I was curious about Super Mario 64, Resident Evil 2 and Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. Also some Ridge Racer 64 though the difference isn't as noticeable there. In general I am very happy with the new upscale staying true to the look and feel of the original N64 games. And yes Summercart and accessories still work 😎 Really happy with how Analogue keeps giving us meaningful firmware updates.

Hey everyone, I got my transparent blue SuperStation One/Dock combo the other day and wanted to share my first experience with it as someone who is new to the Mister universe. Been really enjoying it and actually didn’t find the learning curve too steep. Going from unboxing, re-imaging the sd card, bios and games installing, Bluetooth pairing to using Mister companion. Hello, I was wondering what you guys in Germany end up paying in total when you got the SuperStation together with its dock delivered. With all the taxes and import fees what did it end up costing? Id really love the combo but wonder how much id end up paying.

I’ve read there are problems shipping the superstation to Germany since it’s missing the (CE) labels and a German manual. Has there been any acknowledgment that they gonna change that in the future and get those EU seals or are we just screwed?

I’ve tested the Save-States / Memories function of the firmware 1.3 update of the Analogue 3D. It really works well and I love that it even ads a screenshot for each save state. That probably means we might get a screenshot function in the not so far future as well.
The shortcut is pretty easy to pull off and if you go to the home menu you can even have an entire list of save states for a game. And if it’s an original N64 game you can cold boot straight into the game directly from the 3DOS. Well implemented and a cool feature to have if time is short for gamers with other responsibilities 😎
