What could be wrong?

I am use to DIY things around the house but this oven is giving me a bit more than Im use to. Any advice would be appreciated. I got an error code c20 or c21 I believe that meant the oven was overheating. It did have a bit of a burning wire smell to it. I unplugged it. I tested the oven temp gage and it was fine. Im not sure how to rest the panel. Also I am attaching what looks to be burned parts. I have heard sometimes in looks like this simply from cooking and over time smoke stains it. Do you think it is safe to use still ifni figure out the part that needs replaced. I would love nothing more than to hire a professional but I dont have the money for that. I have attached what my control board looks like and what the burnt parts look like.

Samsung oven is broke

I got an overheat error code while baking. I shut off the circuit breaker and could smell a little bit of a burnt plastic smell. Tonight I finally got around to looking at it. I unplugged the oven and took the back off. This is what I found. I also checked the heat sensor with a meter and got no reading. Im notnsure what I need to do. We have no money for a repair man. If it is too much for me to do I will just have to use our gas grill outside until income tax return next year. I am really hoping I can repair on my own. Does anyone have any ideas? I couldn't fit the probes into the heat sensor plug so I had to put some sewing needles in and then use the probes on the needles. I would think though that would work to test it? Im desperate to get this thing fixed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
