So I got this Elo I3-10Std for $10 managed to get it to this screen and added a couple of stuff using a different store. Is there a way to get like google play store and other stuff like that?

Alrighty Reddit I am here for you magical help in finding this laptops charger it is a dell latitude C600/C500 adapter model PA-6. I can’t find the right one or the port for the right one if there is a universal one.
