Dotted Shadows

Going insane trying to figure this one out- sometimes, my shadows (using dynamic shadows) work just fine! Impassable and not glitchy at all!

SOMETIMES, what I get is these weird dotted lines! Useless, passable, weird!
I apologize for my awful prose, but I am trying and failing to make this work.

Please, somebody help me

Can normal people use fae treasures?

So, a lot of treasures have charges, a battery, something of the sort- but plenty don’t! So, could a mortal, hell maybe a vampire or a Garou, use fae treasures?

Or if not them, what about a mage? They’re as far from banality as it gets (unless they’re technocracy of course)!
