[Houston/Texas Preferred] Seeking US-Based Technical Co-Founder to Build AI CRM for Cleaning Businesses
I own and operate Texas Nova Cleaning, a cleaning company in Houston, and I'm building an AI CRM purpose-built for cleaning businesses: lead capture, instant follow-up, AI texting, smart quote forms, pricing logic, booking handoff, customer follow-up, and missed-call/missed-text recovery. My own company is the first real-world customer, so the product is grounded in a real operation from day one.
Traction: a live, operating cleaning company in Houston with real customers and real revenue serving as the design partner and first user — not just an idea.
What I bring: capital, sales, marketing, deep cleaning-industry knowledge, and a real company to test and prove the product inside.
What I'm looking for: a real technical co-founder to own product and engineering. Required specialty is a backend / API / SaaS engineer. You should be strong in:
- Backend development (APIs, databases, authentication, server-side logic, scalable architecture)
- SaaS product building (subscriptions, users, dashboards, roles, product launch)
- API integrations (CRM, SMS/phone, booking/scheduling, payment/booking handoff, Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead integrations)
- AI systems / automation (AI agents, guardrails, memory/context, reliable workflows, no duplicate messages or bad automation)
- Cloud / infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP, secure deployment, backups, monitoring)
Nice to have: CRM or field-service software experience, cleaning/home-service software, GoHighLevel / BookingKoala / Twilio / Make / n8n, and Houston/Texas startup experience.
Commitment and terms:
- Houston or Texas strongly preferred
- U.S.-based required for serious co-founder consideration
- If you're not in Houston/Texas, you must be willing and able to travel to Houston for in-person meetings
- Serious, long-term, full commitment — not a side project
- This is an equity co-founder role with 4-year vesting and clear written ownership terms; exact split is finalized after we've both vetted each other and signed proper legal agreements
