Biggest mistake I’ve been making

When you enter my 3D eBooks on mobile you need to turn your phone from portrait to landscape. That’s not the issue, but more so in-app browsers (like threads, Insta, etc) don’t let you rotate your mobile device! This whole time I’ve been marketing and it’s not optimized and I’ve been losing so much potential. It’s ok it’s better optimized now and lesson learnt 🫡.

building a 3D eBook for algebra as a CC student — would you actually use it?

I got tired of algebra never clicking from a flat textbook so i started building something different. it’s a 3D eBook where the content is an actual environment you move through and interact with instead of just pages. it’s going to be the first product on openknowria.com, a marketplace for 3D eBooks — wanted to ask real students first, is this something you’d actually want or nah.

i’m building a 3D eBook for algebra — would this have helped you?

basically instead of a textbook you’re in a 3D environment where you can see equations play out in front of you. like watching a graph build itself as you change values instead of just reading about it. it’s the first product on openknowria.com which is a marketplace for 3D eBooks — still building it out but curious if this is something that would’ve actually helped you when you were struggling with algebra. What would you like to see in this 3D eBook? Would this be something you would purchase?

What’s the one math concept you wish someone had just shown you instead of explained?

For me it was functions. My professor explained it for an entire class and it didn’t stick. The second I saw it mapped visually — input goes in, output comes out, like a machine — it was instant. Wondering if this is common or if I just needed a different approach.
