Does anyone have any ideas of reasonable adjustments that might help a return to work?

Just for context — I’ve returned to work after a period of time off sick and I am curious what reasonable adjustments I could ask for to help cope with the return to work. I feel really stuck. Two days a week I’m out with clients, and the other two days, I’m WFH doing customer service calls and data entry (it’s a split role). Last week I had light desk duties but I’ve been expected to return to my full duties this week which makes me feel nauseous and is affecting my mental health. All I’ve had are panic attacks all weekend. Does anyone have any ideas of reasonable adjustments I could ask for to help facilitate a gentler return to work? Maybe one client a week for now? I really don’t want to have to go back on sick leave. Thank you.

Considering going part-time to 4 days – should I take Monday or Wednesday off?

Hi! For those of you who work 4 days a week, what is better — having a Monday off or a Wednesday off? Trying to decide but feeling stuck. Thank you!

Experiences of training and working as a counsellor or psychotherapist — can you share your wisdom?

Hello! I’m interested in training to be a counsellor/psychotherapist (I’m London based). I’m curious to hear peoples experiences of working in the profession (what they enjoy, what the pay is like, what the challenges are etc). If you’re also London-based, I’d be curious what your thoughts are about Terapia, CityLit or Minster as a training provider. Has it been worth it for you as a career? What are some of the hidden fees/costs of training? Basically — share your wisdom! Thank you!
