M/21/5’11” [155lbs< 180lbs=25lbs] (12 months) First Year of Weightlifting
Around a year ago I started to notice I was gaining bad weight so decided to change that. Been lifting about 4-6 times a week doing a push/pull/legs split while also being completely plant based.
