Beautiful sunsets for the Sandias and Monzano mountains.

2 or 3 stacked corn tortillas with sliced Ham in between. One egg on top. Cedar cheese soup over them to cover. Red Chile drizzled over it all. Add Green Chile for Christmas style.Garnish with lettuce, tomato, diced onions for dinner. Optional for breakfast. Corn, ham, egg and cheese, with Chile. Simply delicious :-)
