Hiring: Appointment Setter for Warm US Leads — Hourly

We’re looking for a strong appointment setter to join our team.
This is NOT cold calling.
You’ll be working with warm, qualified leads that come directly into our system. Your job is simple:
Call quickly → have a natural conversation → build rapport → book the appointment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leads come directly into our system.
Call each lead within 10 minutes of them coming in.
Have a natural, casual conversation.
Build genuine rapport instead of jumping straight into a sales pitch.
Explain our offer when needed.
Handle basic questions naturally.
Move the conversation toward an appointment.
Book qualified leads onto a meeting.
🚫 We DON'T Want a Typical Salesperson
If your approach sounds like:
“Hi, my name is ___, I'm calling from ___, how are you today? I'm reaching out because…”
...this probably isn't for you.
People recognize scripted sales calls immediately.
We want someone who can actually talk to people.
Someone who can:
Make prospects feel comfortable
Build a genuine connection
Keep the conversation relaxed
Think on their feet
Handle the conversation naturally
Transition into the appointment without making it feel forced
The goal isn't to sound like a salesperson.
The goal is to sound like a normal person having a conversation.

Excellent spoken English
Natural US-sounding accent / very strong US English
Comfortable speaking with US business owners
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
Fast response time — calling within 10 minutes is critical
Previous appointment-setting experience is a plus
Must sound natural, not scripted
Reliable internet
Quiet environment for calls
💰 Compensation
Hourly pay.
You'll be paid based on the hours you work.
We're looking for someone reliable who can consistently handle incoming leads quickly and professionally.
