I replaced the purge valve and ftp sensor , did a new gas cap , cleared it dozens of times and still get the p145c code . had the code for the purge valve and then it just changed to the p145c, new battery no voltage issues no bad grounds didn’t see any obvious indicators of broken vacuum lines or anything what could the issue be ? the code won’t read anything else and the car needs to pass inspection
