Rainbow Closes Tillmans Corner location and Reopens in West Mobile in Schillinger Walmart Shopping Center

Alright so the real intention of the post is to mention the continued clues that the former Winn Dixie Shopping Center is probably about to be redeveloped. Rainbow was the major tenant sharing the Winn Dixie building. Waterstone (owner of the property) hasn’t updated their information on the shopping in a long time (it’s still a Winn Dixie according to their page) and the property was taking off sale/lease listing a while ago and now Rainbow, the other major tenant has left and opened a new location else. IMO, this is pointing to a redevelopment that is probably about to happen on the shopping center property
