I wanted to give a huge shout out to this place.
Recently opened and has an insane variety of both local Javanese beans, other Indonesians, and some imported as well (Yemen, Columbia, etc.).
There are lots of experimental, funky processes and they plan to compete in the 2027 WOC in Japan.
Danyal took his time discussing his beans, chatting about life in general, and helping me find a good cup.
He is extremely kind, generous and chill.
Definitely recommend for those in Indonesia thirsting for a quality cup, check out their Exotic Java series from which I drank.
I ended up having a V60 of the Prau natural secret project (name aside, tasted incredible) and the Sindoro Lavender Wash, which was even better and I consider it one of the best cups I've had.
