I wanna ride my bike to work and it’s 20 miles each way. I’m pretty sure my voltage regulator stopped working because the battery isn’t charging. I’m only getting 12.5 volts with the bike running. I was wondering if the battery will last long enough for me to ride there and back without it dying and I can charge the battery every night until I get a new regulator?

It probably should be a parts bike, but i really wanted to save it. I love the yellow rims with the purple plastic. The bike was filled with rain water and missing a lot of parts and the wiring was cut up, but i finally got it all to together and running smooth. I still need an exhaust and new plastics. I’m also going to get new tires and powder coat the rims

Do i need a crush washer? I’ve tried teflon tape, gasket maker, and different locknuts, and nothing works. By the end of the week, all my oil has drained out. I think this is a really stupid design.
